Contact the Sofashield professionals within 28 days of the accident happening and they’ll be there to take care of things. If they can’t repair it, they’ll replace the part – or even the whole sofa if they have to. This is not a cleaning service, so everyday dirt or wear and tear isn’t part of the deal. Sofashield Plus was created for new Sofology sofas only, so you can’t use it on a sofa you already own, but it can be added to your Sofology sofa order during checkout.
Sofashield Plus also includes an expert multi-point sofacheck after 24 months giving you added peace of mind.
